Shipping Restrictions
- We do ship to Northern Ireland. Customers wishing to place an order for delivery to Northern Ireland must provide a valid Royal Mail shipping label before their order can be dispatched.
- We do not ship to universities, colleges, schools, or other educational institutions.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days only.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
- During busy periods, including Christmas and other peak seasons, delivery and dispatch times may be longer than usual due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Payment Confirmation
- We currently accept Crypto as our only payment method.
- We do not accept bank transfers, PayPal, cash, credit/debit card payments, or any other payment methods.
- After making payment, you must email your proof of payment together with your order number.
- Proof of payment must clearly display the wallet address used, transaction amount, date, and time.
- Orders cannot be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully verified.
Delivery
- Once your order has been dispatched and accepted by Royal Mail, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the shipping carrier.
- While we will assist wherever possible, we cannot guarantee replacements or compensation for parcels that are delayed, lost, or damaged during transit.
- Any replacement offered is entirely at our discretion.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Seasonal Conditions
- During periods of hot weather, chocolate products and gummies may soften or melt during transit.
- We cannot offer replacements, refunds, or exchanges for products affected by high temperatures during shipping.

- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
